Where is my data stored?
TravelAlly stores all your data exclusively locally on your device and – if enabled – in your personal iCloud. There are no proprietary TravelAlly servers that store or process your travel data.

I purchased TravelAlly Pro, but the features aren't unlocked.
First try to restore the purchase in the app under Settings → TravelAlly Pro → "Restore Purchases". If that doesn't help, please send us an email with your Apple ID (without password) – we'll sort it out quickly.

Synchronization between my devices isn't working.
TravelAlly uses iCloud for synchronization. Please check: (1) Are you signed in with the same Apple ID on both devices? (2) Is iCloud Drive enabled for TravelAlly in your iPhone settings? (3) Is there an active internet connection? If the problem persists, feel free to contact us.

I found a bug – how do I report it?
Great that you're taking the time! Send us an email and briefly describe: which iOS version and app version you're using, which steps trigger the bug, and what you expected instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
